1 Introduction and Definitions

3 Account Management

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be permanently closed and deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited. Using multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes may result in legal action.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

bk223 may at any time request verification of identity documents (NID/passport), proof of address, or payment methods. If information is not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on bk223: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, delays may occur in cases of identity verification or anti-money laundering review.

• Withdrawals can only be made to approved payment methods.
• If your account is not verified, the withdrawal process may be held.
